Q&A: Home acne scar remedies....?

Hi I had severe enough acne so I went on roaccutane/accutane about 8-12 months ago....
My acne is gone with still a few spots which is still annoying but I have red patches of marks on my skin... My skin is really red and I want it gone..

Is there any home remedies out there that will work and have they worked for you? Were you in the same situation as me or know someone that was ?
